Long before starting this company, we spent decades owning and managing rental properties, maintaining homes, renovating spaces, and navigating the realities that come with real people living in real houses.

Over the years, we’ve dealt with insurance claims, water damage, burst pipes, storm damage, broken windows, aging systems, and unexpected repairs that couldn’t wait. We’ve lived through active renovations, managed properties through setbacks, and learned firsthand how disruptive poor planning and unclear communication can be.

And yes—it also included a tenant who kept two live monkeys in one of our homes, completely destroying the property and requiring a full renovation to bring it back to standard for the next residents.
